This a local tavern located in Warren, Ohio that has been the site of on-going paranormal activity. Cafe 83 is a family owned tavern that has been in its present location for roughly 50 years. Pat, the owner, approached Cindyjo about the possibility of P.S.S. doing an investigation, and they were more than willing to help out.
While no apparitions were caught, intense drops in temperature along with some interesting E.V.P.'s, or voice recordings, were caught on tape during the investigation, two of which we have included below. P.S.S determined that some type of paranormal activity was occurring, but that it was not violent in nature.
The first EVP was recorded when Cindyjo asked if the spirit could touch Pat and that we meant it no harm. In our opinion, the answer was "I don't wanna." The second EVP was recorded basically when we weren't asking any specific questions and looking for a response. It happened near the very end of the investigation when we were wrapping up. Once we started going over the EVP's we thought we were hearing "Patsy" in the background. We called Pat and asked if she had a nickname when she was growing up. Her response was "Pesty." We believe we hear "Pesty" 3 times with "I love you" at the end.
