Contacting P.S.S.

P.S.S. is available for consultations concerning all different types of paranormal events. Under normal circumstances we will take on investigations that are within a 40 mile radius of Trumbull County, Ohio. However, that does not mean that P.S.S. will not travel distances greater than those mentioned above.

Investigations are handled on a first come basis, and every attempt will be made to conduct the investigation in a timely manner. Many of the investigators do this on their own time while working full-time jobs and maintaining homes for their families. This means, that at times, there may be a period of 2 - 4 weeks before the staff can be assembled together at your location for the investigation. In cases of intense emotional distress, or where someone is physically being harmed, we will get there as quickly as we possibly can.  P.S.S. also protects the customers identity at all times.

All evidence collected during the investigation becomes the property of P.S.S., and while it may be used on the web site, individual names, addresses, and pictures showing the client, their family members, and acquaintances will not be used unless the client requests it to be done!

If you elect to use us for an investigation and another case comes up where children are being physically, and or emotionally assaulted, then that case will take priority! P.S.S. will do their utmost to see that your investigation takes place at its agreed upon time and date. However, the safety of children is of paramount importance to our group, and we will act accordingly when we feel the need. 

Clicking on the link at the bottom of this page will enable you to send P.S.S. an e-mail, and you should, under normal circumstances, receive a reply within a couple of days. There is some information that we ask for in your e-mail such as:

• Name of person requesting service

• Address where activity is taking place

• Phone # and e-mail address for correspondence

•  A brief description of the paranormal activity happening

You can also reach us at the following number: 330-974-7144. When you leave your voice mail message, include your name, number to be reached at, best time to call you back, and a brief description about what is happening. Someone should get back to you within 24 hours.

After receiving your e-mail or voice mail, a representative from P.S.S. will contact you to set up a date and time for an actual face to face meeting. This meeting will hopefully take place at the actual investigation site, and will take 30 minutes  to 1 hour in length. During this meeting much more detailed information will be obtained.

Our Rules

If we do decide to take your investigation after we have conducted the face-face meeting, there are some rules concerning the client that we are very strict about.

1. We are in charge of the investigation-not YOU!

2. No smoking during the investigation. It's hard on the equipment, but you can smoke outside.

3. No alcohol consumed during the investigation. When people drink they have a tendency to get stupid.

4. This is not a "ghost-busters" party for you and your friends. If you want to party, do it on your time not ours.

5. If we feel like we are being "jerked around" we will leave and you can find someone else.

6. If you lie to us during the interview concerning Ouija boards and séances, and we find this out during the investigation, we will leave.

7. We will be honest with you, so we expect the same in return.

8. We do not do cleansings or blessings. We can instruct you on what a cleansing , and or blessing entails, where to get the necessary items, and the steps involved. If you belong to a church, we recommend that you consult with your church officials on this matter.
